Due to the official visit of His Holiness Pope Francis on 26 September 2024, some institutions will be closed or temporarily inaccessible, or will be reachable only by phone.
- The Lëtzebuerg City Bibliothèque will be open to the public from 14:00.
- The Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) will be open to the public as normal, from 9:00 to 18:00.
- The guided tours held by the LCTO will be cancelled on 26 September 2024, and the Pétrusse Casemates will be closed for the day.
- The Cityshopping.lu info point will be closed to the public all day. However, a Cityshopping info point will be set up at the LCTO, open from 9:00 to 18:00.
- The Infobus located on Rue Genistre will be closed to the public for the day. However, staff will be available by phone on 4796 2975 from 8:00 to 18:00.
- The Info chantier office will be closed on 26 September. However, staff will be available by phone on 4796 4343 from 8:30 to 17:00.
