The City of Luxembourg is offering for sale a number of housing units (apartments and houses) that have been built as part of the City's housing development projects, or purchased as part of the implementation of the City's Special Development Plans (Plans d'Aménagement Particuliers – PAP).
To keep prices affordable, the City is selling the housing units only, with the land being provided under a long-lease agreement, subject to certain conditions.
The College of Aldermen regularly allocates available units to applicants registered on the waiting list. Below, you can view the housing currently available, grouped by type: T1 (one bedroom), T2 (two bedrooms), etc.
