État civil
The offices of the État Civil (Civil Registry) will be closed on Thursday, 15 August 2024 (Assumption) and no services will be provided.
The État Civil office will once again be open to serve the needs of residents on Friday, 16 August 2024 according to its usual hours.

Waste collection and resource centre
Due to the public holiday on 15 August 2024, there will be a change to the collection dates for mixed residual waste, waste paper, glass, organic waste and blue Valorlux bags.
The weekly Thursday collections will be postponed to Friday, 16 August; the weekly Friday collections will be postponed to Saturday, 17 August 2024.
Residents are asked to take these changes into account and put their bins out according to the amended waste collection schedule, which is available at dechets.vdl.lu.
Resource Centre
The Resource Centre will be closed on Thursday, 15 August 2024.
