CITY contains feature articles providing in-depth reports on a wide range of topics, including politics, culture, business, mobility, urban development, the environment, and social integration. To further engage readers, CITY also includes other journalistic content, such as interviews, latest stories and news items.
The magazine focuses primarily on what's going on in Luxembourg City, including the decisions taken by the City of Luxembourg's College of Aldermen and Municipal Council, and seeks to make these topics more accessible.

How many issues are published each year?
City Magazine is published 11 times a year, with a single issue for July and August.
How can I unsubscribe or change my delivery address?
- As the City of Luxembourg is vested with a mandate to keep residents informed, Luxembourg City residents cannot unsubscribe from City Magazine.
- If you reside in another municipality in Luxembourg, or if you reside abroad, you are free to unsubscribe. To do so, simply send a request to citymag@vdl.lu.
- If you have recently changed your delivery address, please let us know by sending an email to citymag@vdl.lu.
How can I list my event in City magazine?
Any event of public interest taking place in Luxembourg City can be advertised in City Magazine.
- For cultural events:
- Add the information about your event on www.echo.lu before City magazine's deadlines
- and then promptly inform the City of Luxembourg's Cultural Coordination Unit (coordinationculturelle@vdl.lu) that you want your event to appear on City magazine's "What's on" page.
- For other types of events:
- Send the information about the event to the City of Luxembourg's Service Communication et relations publiques (Communications and Public Relations Department) (citymag@vdl.lu) at least 7 weeks before the magazine is due to be published.
- City magazine is published at the end of the month for the following month.

- Luxembourg City residents do not need to sign up to receive City magazine. City magazine is distributed to all households in Luxembourg City.
- If you reside in another municipality in Luxembourg, feel free to subscribe to City magazine using this online form.
- If you live abroad, you can still receive City magazine for an annual fee of €10. Subscribe to City magazine using this online form.
