On Wednesday, 16 October 2024, the cornerstone was laid for a new rehearsal space on the site of the old school on Rue des Marguerites in Neudorf/Weimershof.
In an initial phase, a new building will be erected at the front of the site. Once the new premises have been completed, the existing building at the rear of the site will be demolished and the space put to a new use.
In all, the building will comprise four main spaces. The complex will include four areas reserved for associations, including two spaces with their own entrances; a large rehearsal/multipurpose room; storage rooms; sanitary facilities; an equipment room; and a bin storage room.
