A shop window is the first point of contact and communication with customers, so it's important that it's both effective and attractive. To help the capital's retailers optimise this communication with customers and the presentation of their products, the City is offering free training in shop window design to retailers in all districts.

Training in shop window design

This merchandising training course covers many objectives, and information will be shared based on the different products offered by shops. Participants will learn the basics of creating window displays, explore the specific elements they need to include in their decorations for the festive season, and learn how to use the materials and products in their store to create an impactful design. The workshop will be rounded off with practical work, including the creation of a large Christmas wreath.
