Roadworks on Rue de Mühlenbach

Roadworks on Rue de Mühlenbach will be carried out in two phases: from Saturday 5 until Monday 7 April 2025, and from Saturday 12 until Monday 14 April 2025.

While the works are ongoing, traffic and public transport services will be affected as follows:

Phase 1 – from 06:00 on Saturday 5 April to 06:00 on Monday 7 April 2025:

• Rue de Mühlenbach will be closed to traffic as of the intersection of Rue de Rollingergrund, Rue de Bridel and Rue Albert Unden.
• Rue de Bridel and Rue Albert Unden will be closed to traffic.
• Rue de Mühlenbach will be closed to traffic up to the intersection with Rue Jean-Pierre Huberty.

Phase 2 – from 06:00 on Saturday 12 April to 06:00 on Monday 14 April 2025:

• The section of Rue de Mühlenbach between Rue Jean-Pierre Huberty and the end of Rue Jules Mersch will be closed to traffic.
• The section of Rue de Mühlenbach up to Côte d'Eich / Place François-Joseph Dargent will be closed to traffic.
• Access to Rue de Mühlenbach from Côte d'Eich and Place François-Joseph Dargent will also be closed.

Line 21 buses will operate between "Luxexpo-Entrée Sud" and "Villeroy & Boch" and will not call at stops in Mühlenbach and Eich. On this route, the "Villeroy & Boch" stop will serve as a temporary terminus. Buses will not call at the "Peiffeschbierg", "Siwemuergen", "Eecher Schmelz", "École Eich", "Eecher Plaz" and "Eich-Centre Culturel" stops. "Villeroy & Boch" (Quais 1 and 2) will also be closed and will be replaced by a temporary stop.

Line 33 buses will be rerouted between the "Fondation Pescatore" and "Bambësch-Centre sportif" stops, and will operate instead via Boulevard de la Foire, Place de l’Étoile and Rue de Rollingergrund. The "Theater", "Kiischtewee", "Alen Eecher Bierg", "Octroi", "Eecher Plaz", "École Eich", "Eecher Schmelz", "Siwemuergen", "Peiffeschbierg" and "Villeroy & Boch" stops will be closed. Replacement stops: "Stäreplaz" / "Étoile" (Quais 1 and 4) and "Roudebierg".

Line CN6 buses will not call at the "Côte d'Eich" stop or at stops in Beggen and Mühlenbach. Line CN6 buses will be rerouted as of the "Badanstalt" stop and operate instead via Avenue Emile Reuter, Place de l’Étoile and Rue de Rollingergrund, and will then turn around at the temporary "Villeroy & Boch" stop before continuing on towards Hamilius via Rollingergrund. The "Crispinus", "Octroi", "Eecher Plaz", "Eecher Klinick", "Émile Metz", "Henri Heymans", "Binnchen", "Beggen-Kierch", "Cyprien Merjai", "Siwemuergen", "Peiffeschbierg" and "Villeroy & Boch" stops will be closed. The "Villeroy & Boch" stop will be replaced by a temporary stop. Stops in Rollingergrund will be served by buses travelling in both directions.
