On Friday, 17 January 2025, the College of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Luxembourg hosted a small group of chimney sweeps from the federation of technical engineers (Fédération du Génie Technique – FGT) at a reception at Luxembourg City Hall. The chimney sweeps – who are considered to bring good luck – took the opportunity to extend to the City their best wishes for 2025.
