On Tuesday, 14 July 2020, Claude Strasser, Managing Director of POST Luxembourg, unveiled the project to renovate and redevelop the Hôtel des Postes on Rue Aldringen. In attendance were Lydie Polfer, Luxembourg City Mayor, and Philippe Baudry, CEO of Groupe ARTEA, co-investor and future operator of the project.

The building will remain under the ownership of POST Luxembourg. Scheduled to reopen in 2023, it will be home to a hotel, a bar and a restaurant, shops, a spa and fitness centre, and coworking spaces.

The "Hôtel des Postes" has always been one of the capital's architectural gems. Breathing new life into this historic building will not only make the city centre even more appealing, but it will turn the "Hôtel des Postes" itself into a unique and innovative place where residents and visitors alike will enjoy spending time. It goes without saying that making this project a reality is of national importance.
