With a view to fostering social connection and building community spirit in the capital, the City of Luxembourg has launched an initiative together with the social media platform Hoplr, which is designed to facilitate communication among people living in the same neighbourhood. The purpose of this initiative is to provide residents living in the same neighbourhood with a platform where they can exchange ideas, get to know one another and stay in contact.
