Fête des voisins 2022

Neighbours' Day 2024 will be celebrated in Luxembourg City over the weekend of 24 to 26 May. The City of Luxembourg will provide residents interested in organising their own neighbourhood parties with benches, tables, bins and promotional materials. In addition, on an exceptional basis and insofar as possible, the City of Luxembourg may agree to block off certain sections of streets in order to make more space available for these friendly neighbourhood gatherings.

Promotional materials will also be available to residents who wish to organise their Neighbours' Day event at another time, up to and including the weekend of 12 to 14 July 2024, but in that case, benches, tables and bins will not be provided.

Residents who wish to organise a Neighbours' Day event in a public park or schoolyard will need to apply for prior authorisation with the relevant City department(s).
