The Service Finances (Finance Department) manages the finances of the municipal administration, and performs the following duties in particular:
- recording of revenue and expenditure for certain departments,
- auditing of all City revenue and expenditure with regard to compliance with the financial procedures established by the college of aldermen, and the various procurement contracts allocated by it, and
- working with all the departments of the municipal administration, preparing the budget, the corrected budget and the statements of the administrative account for the college of aldermen so the municipal council can vote on them.
