Art. 1: Organiser
- The following conditions apply to young talent who wish to register for Future Talent Stage 2025. By registering to enter this competition, you agree to abide by these rules.
- The registration process is organised by the City of Luxembourg municipal administration (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), represented by the College of the Mayor and Aldermen: 42, place Guillaume II, L-1648 Luxembourg.
- Registration is open from Monday, 31 March to Thursday, 8 May 2025. Voting will close at midnight on 10 July 2025. The competition officially begins with the publication of an announcement on the City's website (www.vdl.lu) and on various social media platforms.
- The candidates with the most votes will get a chance to perform onstage at the Future Talent Stage event on 18 October 2025.
Art. 2: Terms and conditions of participation
- Registration is open to private individuals only.
- Voters may cast only one vote per candidate, but may vote for several different candidates. Controls will be in place to prevent any errors during the voting process.
- Any person found to have violated these rules, or to have acted fraudulently, or attempted to act fraudulently – e.g. multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses, the use of "bots", organised and/or group entries, etc. – will be banned from taking part in the vote.
Art. 3: Contact information
Your personal data collected through this form is intended for the purpose of managing your application to enter the Future Talent Stage competition, and to organise the selection of the performers.
Your personal data collected through this form will be processed by staff of the City of Luxembourg's Service Communication et relations publiques (Communications and Public Relations Department), Service jeunesse (Youth Department) and the other municipal administration departments involved in the event. The City of Luxembourg is the Data Controller. The City of Luxembourg has delegated the administration of the event to the firm Konektis, which will contact the selected candidates to organise their onstage performance.
The City of Luxembourg and its partners have implemented all the organisational and technical measures required to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed for the specified purposes and will then be deleted, unless it is transferred to the City of Luxembourg's Service des Archives (Archives Department) for subsequent processing for archiving in the public interest, historical research or statistical purposes – pursuant to Article 1.5 (b) of the GDPR – or to the Luxembourg National Archives in accordance with the Law of 17 August 2018 on archiving (loi du 17 août 2018 relative à l'archivage).

Art. 4: Announcement of winners
The candidates with the most votes at the close of the competition will be announced on the City of Luxembourg's website and social media platforms. The selected performers will be contacted by the firm Konektis, which has been tasked with organising the Future Talent Stage event on 18 October 2025.
Art. 5: Limitation of liability
The City of Luxembourg may not be held liable, especially in the following circumstances:
- cancellation or postponement of the Future Talent Stage competition, or restriction of the period of time during which votes may be cast;
- any problems that may arise during the voting process.
Art. 6: Legal jurisdiction and applicable law
These regulations are governed by Luxembourg law. Any claims or disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be finally settled by the Luxembourg district courts only.
