Description
The role of chaperones is to supervise the children on their bus journeys to and from school.
To ensure that chaperones are visible at all times, they are required to wear safety vests.
Times
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 7:00–8:00, 12:00–14:00 and 16:00–17:00
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00–8:00, and 12:00–13:00.
Education
Training for chaperones will be provided by the police. Participants will receive a certificate of qualification.
Districts
Chaperones will supervise school bus journeys in the following districts:
- Belair
- Bonnevoie
- Clausen
- Hamm
- Kirchberg
- Mühlenbach (Bëschspillschoul)
Rules
Insurance
Civil liability is covered by the City of Luxembourg's insurance.
Employment contract
Service provision contract for one year, renewable after each school year.
Compensation
- €20/hr (excluding VAT)
