Waiting list for the sale of properties with emphyteutic lease

In order to improve the services offered by the City with regard to the allocation of its various housing units (apartments and houses) for sale with an emphyteutic leasehold, interested and eligible parties must now register on a waiting list, using the registration form.

Eligibility criteria and allocation rules

Housing is allocated based on eligibility criteria (household composition, income, etc.) as well as allocation rules that take into account the basic socio-economic situation of the applicant (place of work, occupation, etc.).

Available housing

The College of Aldermen regularly allocates available units to applicants registered on the waiting list. The housing currently available, grouped by type: T1 (one bedroom), T2 (two bedrooms), etc., can be found on biens.vdl.lu.
