The Service technologies de l'information et de la communication (Department of Information and Communications Technology) is tasked with providing access to and managing IT tools and infrastructures, as well as handling applications for the needs of Luxembourg City personnel and residents. It supports, assists and advises the other municipal departments in implementing their IT and network projects.

Some sixty people work across two sites in one of five ICT sub-departments: systems and operation, networks and communications, applications and development, information security, and administration and budget.
