Zoom In: Méditation Chromatique

..A guided meditation session to plunge into the world of colours and their nuances, to observe their effect on your inner world and to perceive how they can influence your view of the works you are contemplating. Each session will take place in a different room at the Villa Vauban to explore the different atmospheres and encounter the paintings. Val Cielle has studied monumental painting and the voice arts. Her holistic approach combines art and well-being, and she regularly offers sessions in meditative singing, sound relaxation and guided meditation.
