Changes

With tram services due to run between "Kirchberg, Luxepo" and "Gare Centrale", line 1 will be discontinued. Stops from "Luxexpo" to "Hamilius" will be served by line 21. Buses on this line will then head towards Rollingergrund.

The part of the current line 16 between the airport and the city centre via Kirchberg will be replaced by lines 6 and 16. After calling at "Hamilius", buses on line 6 will travel along Route de Longwy, and those on line 16 will travel along Route d'Arlon.

The current line 8, which serves stops in the "Ale Kierchberg" area, will be replaced by the following two new lines:

  • Line 30: "Kirchberg, Réimerwee" – Kirchberg ("Ale Kierchberg") – Eich – city centre ("Badanstalt") – "Limpertsberg, Lycée Michel Lucius"
  • Line 32: "Kirchberg, Kierch" – Kirchberg (east) – Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte – city centre ("Badanstalt") – Eich – "Dommeldange, Parc de l’Europe"

The current line 20 will be replaced by line 12. The route between Kirchberg and Weimershof will remain unchanged. The routes of lines 7, 18 and 25 will also remain unchanged.

 Alight at the following stops for the tram

  • 6, 16 and 21: "Rout Bréck-Pafendall", "Luxexpo"
  • 18: "Rout Bréck-Pafendall"
  • 30: "Faïencerie / INL"
  • 32: "Philharmonie - MUDAM", "Rout Bréck-Pafendall"
