As part of its pop-up store project, the City is launching a call for applications to rent the space located at 3, rue Jean Origer.

Practical information

The premises comprise a space of 138 m2 and an additional space of 70 m2 in the basement.

The following may be sold at this site: clothes, fashion accessories and jewellery, household items and appliances, services and leisure activities, health and beauty, artwork, fashion items and photography, as well as pre-packaged dry food items.

The space can be rented for one to six months; an extension of up to three months may be granted depending on the availability of the premises. The monthly rent is between €650 and €2,250 depending on the occupant's business situation. A flat fee will be added to the rent to cover the service charge (charges).

Entrepreneurs, retailers and start-ups interested in renting this space may submit their applications until 11 April 2025. Only applications that are complete, i.e. which include the dedicated form and a description of the project, will be considered. Successful candidates will be selected on the basis of their availability, and on the quality and originality of their ideas.
