Overview
This annual gathering is part of the City's series of events to raise awareness surrounding topics related to integration. A number of amateur music groups showcase their talent and entertain audiences with music, dance and singing.
2024 edition
On Friday, 6 December 2024, the twelfth "MusiqCITE – cross-cultural, musical and interpersonal exchanges" will be held at the Luxembourg City Conservatoire (33, Rue Charles Martel, L-2134 Luxembourg).
Beginning at 19:00, amateur music groups will showcase their talent and entertain audiences with music, dance and song. After the concerts, the City will host a reception where guests will be invited to discover an array of international products and foods.

- BELLE BANDURA: Natalia and Nadia, acoustic duo from Ukraine, play traditional folk music on the Bandura
- FOLKSYNC: dynamic duo fusing Indian folk dance with modern Bollywood moves
- SAPALI KEURGUI: Senegalese traditional music group, who carry on the traditions of the griots and share their culture through music, dance and song
- JUAN REYES Y EL MARIACHI SABOR A MÉXICO: Mariachi band playing regional Mexican music
The event will begin with a welcome address by Corinne Cahen, alderwoman responsible for social action and integration. Carisa Delgado will be the master of ceremonies for the evening.

2023 edition
Last year's event took place on Friday, 1 December 2023 at the Luxembourg City Conservatoire.
The City of Luxembourg issued a call for participants to musicians and singers, as well as to associations representing different cultures in the capital that would like to share the typical culinary specialities of their regions.

- HANDS ON MARS – Acoustic duo playing covers/medleys of different musical styles.
- LA FANFARE DU SOLEIL – Amazigh music (North Africa).
- THE SWINGIN’ HEPCATS - Group performing swing songs from the 1920s and 1930s.
- FERNANDA STANGE – Singer-songwriter with a folk-pop and bluesy style.
- PLACIDO VAZ – Traditional Cape Verdean music.
