The City of Luxembourg has agreements with four service providers that work together to deliver services organised by the Service Streetwork (Streetwork Department). The Service Jeunesse et Intervention Sociale (Youth and Social Intervention Department) of the City of Luxembourg manages and co-ordinates the overall programme. The programme is structured as follows:
Team meetings chaired and documented by representatives from the City of Luxembourg provide regular opportunities to catch up with the street worker teams.
