The Robert Schuman Art Prize, named after the "Father of Europe", has been providing an international showcase for contemporary creations from the QuattroPole region since 1991. Every two years, exchanges between players in the contemporary art world hailing from Luxembourg City, Metz, Saarbrücken and Trier culminate in a group exhibition of 16 artists from the Greater Region. These artists are invited to participate by a curator or team of curators for each city.
