In addition to the municipal museums (the Lëtzebuerg City Museum, the Villa Vauban – Musée d’art, and the Bus and Tram Museum), Luxembourg City has nine museums and art centres, most of which belong to the association "d’stater muséeën".
In addition, a number of galleries, such as the Ratskeller at Cercle Cité, exhibit local and international artists.
