Inclusion Gala: Call for participants

The Inclusion Gala will be held on Friday, 16 May 2025 at Hall Victor Hugo in Limpertsberg. This annual event focusing on inclusion is one of the City's many initiatives that seek to raise public awareness about special needs. It is also one of a series of actions aimed at supporting and showcasing the talents of people with special needs. This gala aims to give individuals with special needs an opportunity to show off their talent in a range of disciplines including music, drama, poetry, dance or any other form of artistic expression.

For the upcoming Inclusion Gala, the City is issuing a call for musicians and artists, as well as associations catering to people with special needs and associations that offer unique culinary specialities, with a view to enhancing the event by including as wide a variety of cultural and culinary offerings as possible. The City's intention is that his gala can serve as a forum where people can come together and share their experiences at an event that celebrates creativity and inclusion.

Terms and conditions of participation

Onstage performances:

• open to all groups and solo performers (music, dance, singing, drama, poetry);
• musicians must provide their own instruments and equipment.

Food & drink:

• stalls offering culinary specialities (bite-size sweet and/or savoury food items);
• dishes must be prepared in advance but can be reheated on-site.

Art exhibition

• open to painters, photographers, etc. (paintings, photos, etc.);
