By calling this number, you can talk directly to a Téléalarme call centre operator, who can provide you with information and, if necessary, transfer your call to the relevant department, such as the ones listed below:

• City of Luxembourg's Service Seniors (Department of Senior Services) for information and guidance, the Téléalarme personal alert system, activities for seniors and admissions to the Konviktsgaart;
• City of Luxembourg's Office Social (Social Welfare Office) for meals-on-wheels and other assistance.
