Solidarity benefits
Any resident of Luxembourg City who receives cost-of-living benefits from the National Solidarity Fund may apply for solidarity benefits.
The municipal office may require the benefits to be repaid if the above conditions are not or are no longer satisfied, or if the benefits were granted based on a false statement by the applicant.

The data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to other administrative bodies aside from those that are involved in implementing the end uses.
