Introduction
Konviktsgaart's spacious living units are unfurnished, so residents can furnish them however they like. All our accommodation is suitable for people with minor physical disabilities. The upper floors are easily accessed by a stairway or elevator.
Konviktsgaart has a total of 110 housing units for seniors:
- 45 apartments
- 58 studios
- 7 short-stay rooms
Since 2018, all newly vacated premises undergo renovation work: bathroom conversion with walk-in showers, widening of doorways, reflooring and kitchenette remodelling. When studios or apartments are vacated, they are renovated so that all new residents move into completely refurbished home units.

The studios, which have a habitable space of 44.76 m2 (13 units) or 39.44 m2 (45 units), have the following amenities:

- connection to the facility's remote alarm system

Short-stay rooms with full room and board
Konviktstgaart has seven rooms that were completely renovated in 2017 and are reserved for seniors who would like to stay in the home for a short time (up to three months). There are six individual rooms and an apartment for two people. The price per day depends on the size and amenities of the selected room. These units have been entirely refurbished.

- use of shared facilities
- participation in events and excursions organised by the home
