We are experiencing irreversible climate change.
The City of Luxembourg has taken measures to limit its CO2 emissions. However, the municipal administration is only responsible for around 4% of the total energy consumed in Luxembourg City.
The time is now to take urgent action to combat climate change, and the City of Luxembourg wishes to encourage all of its inhabitants to do their part in this collective effort. As there is much potential for city residents to curb their energy consumption and use more renewable energy sources, the City has decided to provide grants as an incentive in these areas.
All of us, through our actions, have an impact on the current climate emergency. And we can all choose to help slow down global warming.
