Why choose a green roof?

Green roofs offer a range of benefits when it comes to protecting the environment and natural resources. In terms of energy savings, they help insulate a building against external heat and cold. What's more, green roofs retain rainwater, improve air quality, mitigate the urban heat-island effect, and support biodiversity in the city by creating habitats for a wide array of animal and plant species.
